Franchise Agreement Drafting

Book Your Initial Consultation

New franchise developments

For all new franchise developments, no matter how you plan your network and operating structure, you will need a Franchise Agreement.  Goldstein Legal specialises in writing franchise agreements that are genuinely tailor-made for your particular business.  This means that it is robust and properly protects your legal position, whilst keeping a focus on the key issues that matter the most to your franchise system.  The agreement will also be in a form that would be acceptable to the British Franchise Association, and this is worthwhile if you are looking at the possibility of BFA membership either now or in the future.

Completing the agreement

Once we have completed the agreement in a form that you are completely happy with, you will be able to present it to new franchisees as being “non-negotiable”.  The draft will therefore be in a form that enables you simply to add the details of each new franchisee.  This avoids the cost and time associated with contract negotiations with each individual franchisee, and ensures that all franchisees are treated fairly and on the same terms.
