News from Goldstein Legal

Congratulations to Kamps

Congratulations to our client, Kamps UK, who opened their first bakery in London this month. Kamps Bakerei Cafe brings the heart of Germany’s fine baking tradition to the heart of London, at 154/155 Tottenham Court Road, near Warren Street tube, with their second cafe opening in High Street Kensington soon.

We were delighted to be treated to a great party to celebrate their new opening, and we wish them much deserved success in their new venture.

Recovery has started

Thank you to all those of you who were able to make it to our seminar earlier this month – “The Recovery Starts Here” – which looked at opportunities for the franchise sector to leverage the best property deals in the current market. Clive Snashall, commercial property agent from Gilbert Evans, Roz Goldstein of Goldstein Legal, and Stuart Walsh of Franchise Finance talked about what is expected over the next few years in the commercial property sector, as well as providing tips on negotiating rentals, getting the best lease terms, and securing funding.

We had a great turn-out, and we are therefore likely to run another session in the Spring. Anyone who would like an invitation should let us know soon.
