Meet our clients: Getting to know Valenta

Meet our clients: Getting to know Valenta

In the first of our new series looking at some of our franchise clients, we are delighted to introduce Valenta, a technology and business consulting franchise, who Goldstein Legal have been working with since May 2021.

What does Valenta do?

Valenta help mid-sized organisations to increase profitability through process optimisation, digital transformation, staff augmentation and learning.

Its franchise partners work closely with their clients to understand their needs, identify pain points and implement customised solutions. The aim is to simplify internal business processes making them more efficient and thereby increasing profitability. Utilising the latest technology such as AI to its full potential is a significant part of its approach.

How has the business developed?

The business started in Australia in 2014. Having acquired international clients in the UK, USA and Canada, Valenta decided to come to the UK in 2017. It launched its franchise model here in 2019.

Why did Valenta go down the franchise route?

Valenta wanted to grow and acquire more clients from across the business spectrum (from the relatively small to the very large and across all sectors), franchising provided a quick and efficient way to do this.

What are the attractions of Valenta for its franchisees?

Our unique franchise model means that our franchise partners can focus exclusively on growing their franchise, while Valenta takes care of all operations.

Our franchisees enjoy the flexibility and freedom of working on their own terms, while leveraging a global brand, accessing training and support that is world-class and tapping into an international network.

The setup costs are very low, as there is no requirement for bricks and mortar premises or the need to buy expensive equipment, our franchisees can get started very quickly.

We provide a high level of on-going support to our franchisees.

What support do UK franchisees get?

Valenta provide comprehensive training to get franchisees’ businesses going, and ongoing support to ensure success, including:

  • Local assistance from a strategic advisor (Managing Partner) who works with franchisees across all aspects of their business, including regular business reviews.
  • Support from a team of digital marketing experts.
  • Access to virtual assistants.
  • Access to a comprehensive technology stack.
  • Quarterly conferences.

Who is Valenta’s ideal franchisee?

Individuals with consultative sales experience and a strong network tend to be very successful in our franchise model.

Our ideal franchisees are individuals with great communication/relationship building skills and a pro-active attitude. The nature of our business is highly customer-centric so good empathy and emotional intelligence are also attributes we look for in our partners.

 The future

Valenta is looking to grow even more between now and 2030 and will look to expand into new territories as the right opportunities present themselves. It is committed to the franchise model in the UK (and beyond) and we at Goldstein Legal very much look forward to continuing to assist them in their journey.
