My Qualifications

I am a Consultant Private Client Solicitor, and qualified in 2007. I am also a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner (STEP). STEP is a professional body and by being a TEP, members are recognised as experts in their field with proven qualifications and experience.

I am also a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly). Accredited members are classed as one of the most qualified lawyers in the country supporting vulnerable and older people.

  • I am based in the West Midlands and have clients across the country.
  • I can speak and understand Punjabi.
  • Outside of work I enjoy running, travelling and spending time with my family.

With over 17 years of post-qualifying experience as a practicing Private Client Solicitor, I can provide you with effective advice and assistance on a range of legal issues, ranging from drawing up your Wills to advice on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.

I also assist clients in Probate applications and dealing with the full Administration of an Estate.

My Qualifications

I graduated from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons).

I obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Birmingham.

I am a Consultant Private Client Solicitor and specialise in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Residential Probate Sales.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2008.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family.

I have over 16 years of post qualification experience as a solicitor.

I am approachable, friendly, helpful and considerate.

I can make what can be a difficult and stressful situation more manageable by providing helpful professional legal advice and assistance with care and compassion.

What is your business worth? Always an interesting topic, there are so many variables. Last week's "First Friday" led by Stephen & Jim from proved just that. Their valuation tool that they demonstrated proved this and was most certainly food for thought
