Ayla Karmali joins Goldstein Legal

Goldstein Legal is delighted to announce the expansion of its team with the appointment of new Associate Solicitor, Ayla Karmali.  Working alongside Roz Goldstein, Ayla will specialise in franchising and general commercial legal issues.

Ayla is dual-qualified as an Attorney at Law in the United States, New York and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.  She has a broad range of commercial and corporate experience gained from working in both London and Dubai.  Ayla has worked for Legal 500 and international firms advising clients on cross-border transactions and disputes across a wide range of industries including: hospitality, financial services, construction and fast moving consumer goods.
